Become an RFU Young Rugby Ambassador

Have you ever considered becoming a Young Rugby Ambassador. Being part of the Young Rugby Ambassador programme gives you the opportunity to gain recognition for your involvement in supporting rugby �?? there are countless ways to get involved, and valuable benefits including learning professional skills and stash. Who can be a YRA? Anybody aged 14-25 and wants to support rugby in their local area. This can be at your club, school, college, university or within your community - wherever you feel you can contribute. You can be with a group of mates or just on your own supported by your club, tutor, teacher or committee. You can decide how often and for how long you help out. It could be refereeing a match once a week or helping out at an event once a year. Charitable Giving 2016/17

Oakmeadians RFC are proud to announce that they will be donating a grand total of £720.00 to MS Society Bournemouth as a result of the club's fundraising activities in the season 2016-2017.

Oakmeadians 2017/18 Charitable Giving

Oakmeadians RFC are proud to announce that the club has adopted two very worthwhile charities for the 2017/18 season.

Our first is the Steve Bernard Foundation, set up in memory of Steve Bernard, the charity aims to give support to local sports clubs and groups where the need arises.

The second charity is Hope For Food. This charity is Bournemouth based and supports the homeless and families on low incomes in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

NatWest Rugby Force - Crowdfunding

We are celebrating a succesful crowdfunding project this summer in partnership with NatWest Rugby Force, when we managed to raise over £3000.00 to refurbish our dated clubhouse toilet facilities.

Club memebrs and friends came together to pledge donations to our project and we thank everyone who joined in.

New toilets by the beginning of the season!
