Oakmeadians (Oaks) run 3 senior teams with the 1st XV currently playing in the Southern Counties (South) League. We also have a dedicated bunch of vets, a ladies team.
Last year saw out 1st XV gaining league promotion to South West 1 (East) as well as wining the Bournemouth 7s competion.
Our 2nd XC also gained league promotion moving up to the Dorset & Wilts 1 (south) league, also winning the Dorset & Wilts Shield along the way.
Our 3rd XV also has a massive season missing out narrowly on promotion as well, and are currently aiming for promotion this year from the Dorset & Wilts 3's
With so many sections in the club you will find rugby played in the park six days a week.
As well as a rapidly growing club with commited members the club also has strong links with the University and various colleges located here in Bournemouth, as well as the Chiropractic college and other organizations
