Summer Beer Festival 11 and 12 July

Once again Dave is organising guest beers & ciders by the barrel so that we can all enjoy a summer’s evening in Meyrick Park…there will be live music to accompany our tippling on the Friday evening and Saturday evening will be a mediaeval feast.

End of season dinner dance

This is THE premier date in the Oaks calendar, a chance for all the adults to put on their best bib & tucker for the black tie event at the Hamworthy Club. LIVE Music & Senior Presentations will take place during the evening.
After a three course meal the club presentations take place before we all dance the night away….
3 Course Meal:
Minestone soup
Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, Selection of Vegatables & Horseradish Sauce,
Apple Pie, Cream and Custard, Coffee and Mints.

This Section is open to all Members, their family and friends who enjoy a glass of plonk, and want to know more about the fermentation of the juice of freshly gathered grapes, the fermentation of which has been carried through in the district of its origin and according to local tradition and practice.
